ADVANCING HEALTHCARE POLICY The Covid-19 pandemic has illustrated the need for enhanced EU action and coordination in response to cross-border health threats. In its response to the public consultation, Prescrire calls for: an independent, public-driven agency with clear public health missions; effective governance process and structure; public funding, with conditions to safeguard affordability, accessibility, availability and transparency.
