In-utero exposure to clomifene: malformations, and obstetrical and perinatal complications

 Adverse effects  Clomifene is used to treat infertility due to ovarian dysfunction. After stopping treatment, it takes about 1 month for the drug to be cleared from the body completely. It is teratogenic in animals. In this article we have compiled the main data on the adverse effects of clomifene in children exposed in utero.
