Delgocitinib cream (Anzupgo°) in chronic hand eczema

 Marketing Authorisations  Delgocitinib is an immunosuppressant of the "pan-Janus kinase" inhibitor class, which means that it inhibits the enzymes JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 and tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2). Delgocitinib cream has been authorised in the European Union for use in chronic hand eczema when topical corticosteroids are insufficiently effective or inappropriate.
